MACH BLADE SERIES – MA3.0 LOGIC BOARD AND IC CHIP CLEANING BLADE
- This blade allows you to clean the pads on the chip and on the logic board after removing the chip. Either you are replacing the chip completely, or you need the chip cleaned before re-balling it, this is the perfect blade for that!
- The blade is upturned and bent, which makes it easier to cut into the bottom of the glue.
- 1. Heated by hot air gun,
- 2. Insert the blade into the gap between the chip and the edge glue,
- 3. Comply with the bottom surface of the chip for flat cutting.
